It’s no secret that my favorite breakfast is smoothie! This one could become your favorite too if you like a taste of piña colada/ mojito☺ But what’s so great about smoothies?
~blending veggies and fruits with healthy fat (e.g. Avocado) ensures you get plenty of nutritional value in one glass
~adding dandelion greens, kale,etc. helps your body detoxify and by blending it your body digests it and absorbs nutrients easier
~you can add plenty of superfoods which contribute to the healthy goodness
~supplies your body with minerals & vitamins for glowing skin, shiny hair and strong nails
~ if you’re not a fan of green veggies- this is a great way to include them to your diet!
~it’s super quick and easy -all you need is a good blender!
🌱Ingredients: use organic whenever possible 🌱
– 2 cups kale
-1 frozen banana
-1/2 cup pineapple
-1 cup coconut milk
-1/2 cup mint leaves
-1 teaspoon spirulina powder
-1 scoop plant-based protein powder
blend everything well until smooth. Sprinkle with hemp hearts and bee pollen for extra protein!
