One of the most important thing I have found working with Ivana was a great love for myself , importance of self-care and choosing right foods. My top three goals upon starting the 3-month program with Ivana were finding ways to handle my “weak points” – stress, anger, bad eating habits etc., gaining insight into my behavior pattern and finding myself. Ivana was able to help me work toward these goals by educating me about nutrition and what can help my body. I have a thyroid condition which she was well informed about and worked with me towards what to eat to improve my condition and the improvement results were shown in the lab test I took after 3 months of working with Ivana. I also did the 10 day Winter detox program with her which really cleaned my system and I felt like a new person afterwards. I wanted to control my hypothyroid condition, to learn how to nourish my body & lose weight in a healthy & consistent way and to develop informed eating habits as a lifestyle choice. I achieved this by working with Ivana as she was helping me to set targets & goals, motivating me and giving me knowledge about the body and how it works, with food and digestion, as well as the emotional benefits of right nourishment.
